Must have a valid ID or Driver's License
- Vehicles that are newer than 10 yrs require a title
- Vehicles 10 yrs old or older do not require a title
- Vehicles that customers bring in require that the customer come into the office and present ID and VIN# then they drive it onto our scale and drop it in a specified area then they go back on the scale we obtain their out weight and they come inside for payment.
- Vehicles that we pick up are given a flat dollar amount when contact is made (whether they call us or contact is made with the contact form) then pick-up is scheduled and cash is paid at the time of pick-up.
- All vehicles purchased are entered into NC Scrap Vehicle Reporting website to verify vehicle is not stolen.
Selling Scrap
- Customers come inside and provide ID and are then directed to whichever area they need to go (small scale or large scale depending on what they are bringing in).
- After they are weighed in, they come back to the office for payment.
